We price everything before you commit, so you know the cost before any work starts. Most Growth Accelerator projects take 8-12 weeks from kickoff to handoff. The timeline depends on how many systems you need and how quickly we get access to your tools and team. We give you a detailed timeline during Discovery so you know exactly what to expect before signing off.
At minimum: a CRM with clean pipeline stages, lead qualification criteria, proposal templates, client onboarding workflows, and basic reporting. Most companies we work with also need service packaging, pricing frameworks, standard processes for delivery, and outbound sequences. We audit what you have and build what's missing. You don't pay for systems you already have working.
If you have someone internal with the time, experience, and capacity to build CRM pipelines, sales processes, onboarding workflows, and reporting dashboards while also doing their regular job, do it in-house.
